Nestled on the Roseland peninsular, beautiful child-friendly bolthole The Rosevine has just opened the doors to a new self-contained holiday home in the grounds of the big house called The Lookout.
Previously the home of Rosevine owners, Tim and Hazel Brocklebank, this lovely summer retreat is the perfect location for guests searching for a home from home.
There is absolutely everything you could possibly need for a fun family holiday, with an open plan kitchen/living area, a wood burning stove and French doors onto the deck and garden- perfect for relaxing with refreshing drinks and tasty BBQs.
And to keep the children entertained, not only is there a playroom with chalkboard wall, toys and games but also a TV room. The whole family also has access to the indoor swimming pool at the Rosevine, so there’s no excuse for bored tots!
Plus, you don’t need to worry about having to pack everything, including the kitchen sink on your Rosevine holiday as they have thought of all the things you might need: highchairs, cots, baby bedding, and all the other necessities. Baby monitors work all over the house so you can feel relaxed and safe if you choose to have a bit of grown up time in the dining room.
Home comforts include a Dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and even an IPod docking station but if cooking and washing up is not on your agenda then the bistro in the big house will welcome you and the kids for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Bathroom towels and toiletries, beach towels and starter supplies of store cupboard ingredients and cleaning supplies are also all included in the price- so no scary hidden costs!
And if you don’t fancy being totally cut off from the ‘real’ world there is free Internet access.
Then when you want to venture beyond the Lookout there is plenty to do in this enchanting part of Cornwall with its many pretty villages, quiet expanses of glorious countryside and stunning beaches.

Rental price £1200 to £2500 per week.
Available during school holidays and for the summer months.
Outside of this time on request. To rent by the week. Changeover day Friday.
A 30% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival, together with a £300 security deposit. Sorry no pets allowed. Booking conditions apply.
